She is survived by: her sons, William "Bill" DeMerchant (Sandra) of Fredericton, NB and Robert DeMerchant of Perth-Andover, NB; her grandchildren, Dustin, Emily, Liam, Lucas and Olivia DeMerchant; her great grandchild Sawyer; and her brothers, John Hammond (Yvette) of Fredericton, NB, Robert Hammond of Perth-Andover, NB and Ralph Hammond (Judy) of Kingston, ON. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
