With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Spencer of Perth-Andover, New Brunswick, born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 17, 2023 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Spencer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Spencer and Daisy Spencer (Estey); and his siblings, Shirley Johnston (Bobby), Phyllis Dionne, Barbara Gee, Mae Johnston-Nash, Floyd Spencer and Ken Estey.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Connie Thomas; his children, Charlotte Spencer (Greg Hatchard) of Oromocto, NB, Alison Spencer (Donald Eccleston) of Anderson Road, NB, Bernadine Spencer of Alberta, Monica Spencer (Danny Shaw), Daniel Spencer (Sylvie Bernier) of Grand Falls, NB and Joey Spencer (Tammy) of Perth-Andover, NB; and his sister Geneva Arbeau of Fredericton, NB. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
