He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Marjory Sutthery and Vaughn Kennedy; and his uncles, Calvin Kennedy and Brad Brown.

He is survived by: his parents, Kyle Sutthery and Rhonda Sutthery (Kennedy); his son Bravery Von Sutthery; the mother of his child Krista Sockabasin; his brother Nicholas Sutthery of Arthurette, NB; his niece Rylan Sutthery; his nephews, Phoenix Sockabasin, Bronx Sockabasin, Eliot Francis and Wren Francis; and his grandmother Freda Pirie. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins.
