It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Lafrance (Perth-Andover, New Brunswick), born in Tilley, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 22, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Frederick LaFrance and Marjorie Wanda Schriver LaFrance; and his brother David LaFrance. He is survived by: his sons, Terrance Lawrence LaFrance (Brenda) of Tilley, NB and John Murray LaFrance (Marsha) of Whitecourt, AB.; his grandchildren, John Murray Lawrence LaFrance Jr., Jennifer Lee LaFrance (Brent Mills), Brittany Leah Pottie (Kyle) and Michael Bourgoin of Tilley, NB.; his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Isabella, Maddox and Madelyn; his siblings, Joan Carol Laverdiere (Denis) of Welland and Robert Alton LaFrance (Darlene Morton) of Kincardine, NB; his nieces, Pam, Kate and Marjorie; his nephew Kinley; his former wife Elaine Paris (Gerald Castonguay) of Grand Falls; and his son Mark Castonguay of Fredericton.
Because of the ongoing situation with the Covid-19 virus, a Memorial celebrating Lawrence's life will be held at a later date, probably in September.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Diabetes Association or Victoria Glen Manor would be appreciated by the family.
