It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Skinner of Perth-Andover, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Skinner and Rachael Skinner (O'Neill). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Skinner (Baird); his daughters, Courtney Skinner of Fredericton, NB and Callie Skinner of Perth-Andover, NB; his sister Carol Ruth Levesque of Grand Falls, NB; his niece Margaux Cheney (Jordan) of Fredericton, NB; his great-niece Sophie; and his great-nephew Luke.
Due to the NB Department of Health guidelines in regards to Covid-19, marks are mandatory for the visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
