She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Tatlock and Gladys Tatlock (Loose); her husband Henry A. DeWitt; her daughter Cheryl Bird; her grandson Jonathan Bird; and her son-in-law Ronald Sprague.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Kennedy (James) of Hinesville, GA, Susan Sprague of Perth-Andover, NB and Harold DeWitt (Sheila) of Carlingford, NB; her sisters, Lily Mockler of Fredericton, NB, Emily DeMerchant of Perth-Andover, NB and Lucy Smith of Grimsby, ON; and her son-in-law Danny Bird of St. Andrews, NB. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
