Carol Ann Clowater Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Clowater of Penniac, New Brunswick, born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on June 17, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Clowater (Bob); her children, Roberta Clowater (Steve Reid) of Fredericton, Duane Clowater (Angela) of Fredericton and Patrick Clowater (Julie) of Chatham, Ontario; her grandchildren, Merissa (Logan Baigent), Gavin, Kyler Clowater, Sarah and Maya Clowater; her siblings, Neil Wade (Calgary), Ruth Esau (Penniac) and June Wade (Penniac); her siblings-in-law, Meda Titus, Alta Fazio (Frank) and Dow Clowater; and her cousins, Gill, Jan, Bev, Lorraine and Michelle. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Donations in Carol's name can be made to Scleroderma Canada (which provided much needed information to Carol about how to live with this unpredictable condition), the Fredericton SPCA (where Carol adopted many cats over the years), or Hope for Wildlife (which Carol followed on TV with great interest and respect for their dedication, and happily got to visit a few years ago).
