With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Marie Beney of Pennfield, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 18, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel "Happy" Beney of Pennfield, NB; her parents, Howard Anthony and Elizabeth "Bessie" Anthony (Fletcher); and her siblings, Wes, Millidge, Waitstill, Willard, Ronald, Graeme, James, Ralph, Gordon, Merle McPherson, Edith Johnson, Laura Wilcox and Sertha Munn.
She is survived by: her son Mel Beney (Sherry) of Seeley's Cove, NB; her grandchildren, Chastity Seelye (Phil) of Pennfield, NB, Shannon Blanchard (Paul) of Blacks Harbour, NB and Kristen Gaudet (Robert) of Pennfield, NB; her great grandchildren, Justine Seelye, Ashley Seelye, Zachary Seelye, Katherine Blanchard and Abigail Blanchard; and her sisters, Lillian Justason of Saint John, NB and Mary Boyd (Stephen) of Pennfield, NB. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Ruth's memory, donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
