He was predeceased by: his parent Hollis Percy Cook; his son Peter Hanley; and his siblings, Edna Hooper, Lorraine Hanley, Clarke and Farren.
He is survived by: his parent Treva Belle Hanley (Harris); his wife Marilyn; his children, Kevin Hanley (Kelly) of Pennfield, Wendy Hawkins (Paul) of Pennfield, Edra Hanley (Will Slipp) of Central Hampstead and Melissa Hanley (Doug Gomke) of Willow Grove; his grandchildren, Karisa Allen (Freddy McVicar), Josh Hanley (Vicky Jones), Keith Hanley (Danielle), Kelsie Allen (Jessey Hampton), Blayne Monks (Madison Daigle), Blake Allen, Malloreigh Monks, Jazmine Hanley (Tyler McGarrigle), Kaleb Hanley and Tori Hawkins (Chad Blackier); his great grandchildren, Jami, Ryanne, Farrah, Adrianna, Leah, Sawyer, Mikaela, Kinnon, Jax, Harleigh, Millie, Rowan and Baby McGarrigle; his siblings, Maynard Hanley, Ross Hanley (Betty), Randall Hanley (Christine) of Oak Bay, James Hanley (Edith) of St. George, Marla McGee of Chamcook, Debbie Hanley (George McLaughlin) of Honeydale, Twila McLaughlin (David) of Lawrence Station, Patricia Hanley, Rhoda Kernighan (Michael) of Back Bay, Vickie Mersereau (Kevin) of St. George and Crystal Parks (Gary McIntyre) of Lawrence Station; and his aunt Phyllis Cooke of Back Bay. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Eldon's memory, donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society, Diabetes Association of New Brunswick or a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
