He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Carr and Pauline M. Carr (LeGassie); his wife Debbie Carr (Wood); his sisters, Gloria Anne Howe and Mary Lou Carr; and his niece Carrie Howe.
He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Hawe (Donnie); his granddaughter Caitland; his siblings-in-law, Stan Howe (Dianne) and Joanne Noble; his nephews, Troy Howe, Kevin Foss and Eric Foss; and his niece Tanya Milton. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
