It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy Hodgin of Oromocto, New Brunswick, born in Bloomfield Ridge, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hodgin and Doris Hodgin (Mercer); his siblings, Hazel LaFrance, Myrtle Treaso, Beatrice McCarlie, Ernie Hodgin, Charlie Hodgin, Leonard Hodgin and Anne Morrison; and his grandson Andrew.
He is survived by: his children, Sam Hodgin (Cheryl) of Bloomfield, Janet Piercy (Tom) of Fredericton, Rosemarie Grubb (Ken) of Calgary and Douglas Hodgin of Oromocto; his adoptive daughters, Rachel and Janet Crothers; his grandchildren, Tiffany (Scott), Shery-Dawn (Sam), Justin (Cynthia), Travis (Julie), Aaron (Nikki) and Natasha (Lance); and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Thomas and Mickayla.
Due to COVID-19 the funeral service will be held privately.
