She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Day and Greta Day (McMonagle); her husbands, Frank Ingraham and Carl Bruce; her brothers, Raymond and Leonard Day; her brother-in-law Willard Spencer; and her stepgrandsons, Matt and Harley Bruce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy MacDonald (Calvin) of Burton, NB, Brenda Ingraham (Bruce) of Hoyt, NB and Kelly Ogden (Dan) of Dartmouth, NS; her stepchildren, Rick Bruce (Mabel), Deano Bruce (Crystal), Troy Bruce (Sherry), Carla Smith (Rodney) and Brandy Bruce (Derrick Estey); her grandchildren, Phillip (April), Johnathon (Dawna), Rachel (Brittanie), Elizabeth (Connor) and Michael (Jade); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Harrison and Ruby; her siblings, Bob Day (Peggy) and Betty Spencer; her sisters-in-law, Sandra Day and Darlene Maillet; and her pets, Whitey and Jack. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory to Hospice Fredericton, Canadian Cancer Society or Christ Church in Maugerville would be appreciated by the family.
