It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Basil Palmer (Oromocto, New Brunswick), born in Doaktown, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Palmer (Bird) and Perly Palmer; and his brother Perly. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his son Bradley; his siblings, Ivan Palmer (Janet) and Lillian Laaper; and his close friend Ruth. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
