We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2024, Norma Barratt of Oromocto, New Brunswick, born in Woodstock, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Cail and Wallace Cail; and her sister Lorraine (Arthur Barratt) of Fredericton, NB. She is survived by: her son Dr. Michael Fleming (Monique Gignac); her siblings, Patricia Davidson and David Cail of Fredericton, NB; and her nephew Jim (Lisa) of Quispamsis, NB..

Noni's family wishes to thank the caring staff of Birch Grove and Tower Two at York Care Centre for their unwavering care despite short staffing, challenges of COVID-19, and the undervaluing of their critically important work.
