He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Baltzer and Evelyn Baltzer (Bent) of North Williamston; his wife Marion (Drost); and his siblings, Gerald Baltzer, Eric Baltzer and Mary Elizabeth Jones (Baltzer).
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Eastwood (Alan) of Burton, NB and Brian Balser (Carolyn) of Greenwich, NB; his grandchildren, Jonathan Eastwood (Erin) of Labrador City, NL, Amanda Eastwood of Saint John, NB and David Eastwood (Megan) of Hoyt, NB; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Harper and Theodore; his stepgrandchildren, Robert Dipiero (Danielle) of Saint John and Jacqueline Legere (Alex) of Winnipeg; and his brothers, William Baltzer (Betty) of Kingston, NS and Robert Baltzer (Rose) of Lawrencetown Ana. He is also survived by four step great-grandchildren.
