He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Burke and Emma Burke (Hustler); and his brothers, George, Bill and Clarence.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Kuzyk); his children, Ashley (Derek Boyer) and Michael (Brianna Howson); his stepchildren, Robin Kuzyk and Kelly Kuzyk; his grandsons, Riley Boyer and Everett Boyer; and his siblings, Sheila Macdonald (Glynn Nason), Melvina "Sis" (Austin McLellan), Ken (Bonnie), John (Wanna) and Sonny (Linda). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as a large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the heart and stroke foundation.
