He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ardith Lowther (Rector) and Les Lowther; his wife Janice (LeBlanc); his children, Julie Cormier (Kevin) and Conrad; his grandchildren, Tamara (Mitchell), Brandon, Brianna, Taylor (Braidon) and Brady; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Eli and Hudson; and his siblings, Chuck, Cheryl (Glynn) and Diana (Clarence). He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory can be made to Hospice Fredericton.
