John McKay Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2023, at the age of 88, John McKay (Oromocto, New Brunswick), born in New Waterford, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John McKay and Margaret McKay; his wife Frankie; and his siblings, Margaret (Don) and Robert (Joyce).

He is survived by: his children, Marlene (Karl), Michele (Brian) and Kevin (Liz); his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Christle), Jason (Aleana), Jennifer (Brad), Sarah (Jake) and Andrea; and his great grandchildren, Leila, Odin and Joshua. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation, the IWK, or a charity of the donor's choice.
