James Howard Meade Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Howard Meade (Oromocto, New Brunswick), who passed away on May 31, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Meade and Deltha Meade (Randall); his siblings, Allen Meade, Gerald Meade (Helen) and Rosella Coy (Allen); his brother-in-law Gerald Brown; and his brother Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Meade (Coy); his children, Stephen Meade (Trish Reid), Kevin Meade and Cathy Trafton (Brian); his grandchildren, Jordyn Armstrong (Nick), Shawn Trafton and Sarah Kennedy (Jason); his great grandchildren, Maryanne and Jacob; his siblings, Harold Meade (Wanda), Kenneth Meade (Linda), Bliss Meade, Verna Poore (Kenneth) and Phyllis Brown; his sister-in-law Aline; his close friend John Nash; and his pet Mickey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
In accordance to the health restrictions due to Covid-19, there will be a private visitation and funeral service held at the Oromocto Funeral Home, with an interment to follow at the Upper Gagetown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Upper Gagetown Cemetery Fund, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
