She is survived by: her children, Scott (Ellen) and Shawna Kirkbride (Jeff); her grandchildren, Kade, Anna, Kael and Natalie; her cousin Joan Hay; her niece Kim Weir; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren and Kristen; her nephew Andrew Lake (Tricia); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Patrick and Regan; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy and Ronny Schreeuwer; her nieces and nephews, Doron, Ilan, Ayal, Nir (Israel) and Helen Meikeljohn (New Zealand); and her pet Missy.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oromocto Funeral Home (108 Winnebago St, Oromocto, NB E2V1C7). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel (108 Winnebago St, Oromocto, NB E2V1C7). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery (71 Main St, Stanley, NB E6B1A6).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, St. John's Anglican Church Oromocto, or a charity of the donor's choosing.
