He was predeceased by: his parents, William Daley and Nettie Adelia Winchester (Wright); and his siblings, Frances Ruxton (James), Larry Winchester (Phyllis) and Richard Winchester (Alice).

He is survived by: his wife Vera Winchester (Carr); his children, Wendy Greenwood (Jim), Ian Winchester (Kelly), Wanda LeBlanc (Jerry) and Daryl Winchester (Maxine); his grandchildren, Erin Beaudin (Tim), Jeff LeBlanc (Megan), Maggie Winchester (Jake), Sara LeBlanc, Matthew Winchester (Shannon), Mark Winchester (Ashley), Allison White (Tyler) and Ian Winchester (Jeanelle); his great grandchildren, Mya, Helen, Nolan, Nevin, Laurel, Isobel, Axel, Noah and Arthur; his daughter-in-law Kathy Simpson; and his half-brother Michael Greenlaw (Charmaine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
