He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Burley and Edith Burley; his wife Elizabeth; his children, Patricia Ann Oggelsby (Doug) and Frank David Burley; his grandchildren, Samantha Johan Wilson (Jeff), Frank Daniel Burley, Brittany Georgina Marie Oggelsby, Morgan Keller Oggelsby and Joshua Douglas Oggelsby; his great grandchild Sophie Elizabeth Irene Wilson; his sisters, Joan Harrison and Phyllis Bemster; his siblings-in-law, Susan DeWitt, John DeWitt and Luke Dewitt (Claudette); and his mother-in-law Elizabeth.
