He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Waugh and Gladys Waugh; his children, Wendy Waugh and Eddie Waugh; and his sisters, Nancy and Dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Jean Waugh; his daughters, Jane Galloway (David) and Helen Wells (Wayne); and his sister Hilda Lee. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Edwin's memory may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
