She was predeceased by: her mother Maude Hatfield; her son Richard "Rick"; her siblings, Vivian, Elmer (Jenny), Kenneth (Molly), Blanchard, Evelyn (Basil), Douglas, George, Odessa (Curtis), Betty, Robert (Sharon), Donald, William "Junior" and David; and her brother-in-law Scottie.

She is survived by: her husband Joe; her son Dave (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Jonah and Kelsi; her child Terry; her grandchildren, Rachel and Brandon; her sister Myrtle Magennis; and her siblings-in-law, Charles, Edward and Louise. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, or to Hospice House Fredericton in Dot's name would be appreciated by the family.
