He was predeceased by: his siblings, George, Winston, Katherine, Walter, Bessie, Dorothy and Barkley.

He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Geraldine Mulligan (Slauenwhite) of Oromocto; his children, Malcolm (Debbie), Tanya (Roderick), Shawn and Heather; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Shelby, Jessie, Katie, Jillian, Eliza, Renah, Eva and Sheena. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
