He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oram and Mabel Oram (Stennick). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia (Richard); and his children, Tifany (Jeremy), Tammy, Trent, Charles (Patti), James (Evelyn) and Justin. He is also survived by sisters, brothers, grandchildren, great grandchildren, more family and, friends.
