He is survived by: his parents, Emmanuel Polchies and Cynthia Polchies; his daughters, Taylor Smith (Jackson), Trenna Polchies and Tarynn Polchies; his granddaughter Layne Smith; his siblings, Christian Polchies (Cheryl), Robin Paine (Kenny), Crystal Polchies (Brian) and Calesta Polchies; and his nieces and nephews, Mitchell Vienneau, Alexandra Vienneau (Terrance), Emmanuelle Vienneau (Jacob), Hunter Polchies, Horatio Polchies, Nic Paine, Natalie Vienneau, Lydia Vienneau, Kennedy Polchies and Nevaeh Polchies. He is also survived by many cousins, uncles, aunts, godchildren, and friends.
