He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Francis and Nellie (Eli) of Newfoundland; his wife Nancy Mildred Francis (Boyce); his son Ross Timothy Francis; and his siblings, Clara, Eva, Florence, Dorthy, Heniretta, Norman, Gertie, Dulcie, Irene and David (Tom).
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Kimberly Francis (James Storey); his granddaughter Holly Tobin; his daughter Wendy Kathleen Francis-McDonough (Kevin McDonough); his grandchildren, Patrick McDonough, Katie McDonough and Ross; and also, Tyler Francis and Kayla Carpenter. He is also survived by his loving wife, children and grandchildren.
