He was predeceased by: his parents, Bliss Carr and Lena Carr (Howe); his wife Mabel Carr (Foss); and his brothers, Devernt (Sylvia) and Fayne Carr (Ruth).
He is survived by: his son Stephen Carr; and his sister Bernice O'Dell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
