It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Couturier (Oromocto, New Brunswick), born in New Germany, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Penny and Annie Penny (Powers); her close friend Ed Golding; her son Rick; and her siblings, Glenn and Marilyn Tully (Dennis).

She is survived by: her son Rob Couturier (Debbie); her stepson Steven Golding; her daughter-in-law Wendy Couturier; her brother Victor Penny (Linda); her sister-in-law Laura Penny; her grandchildren, Tyler Couturier and April Couturier (OJay Platt); and her pet Sandy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
