He is survived by: his mother Rita Smullin-Richards; his siblings, Deborah Penney (Robert) of Ottawa, ON, Randy Smullin (Doris Chapelle) of Oshawa, ON, Judy Smullin (Brad Harris) of Lower St and Leighton Harris of Miramichi, NB; and his nieces and nephews, Natasha Veltchev (Stoyan), Victoria Harris (Andrew Dykeman), Justin Hank, Donnie Harris (Jenna) and Bradley Harris (Farrah).
