He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fraser and Winnifred Fraser (Stacey); his son Dale Fraser; and his siblings, Doreen, Gladys, Phyllis, Harold and Jackson.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Fraser of Centreville, NB, Margaret Fraser-Cassie of Swan River, MB, Brenda Fraser-MacQuarrie (Jack) of Saint John, NB, Gail Fraser (Eric Sparrow) of Grand Falls, NB, Diane Fraser (Tony Savage) of New Denmark, NB, Robert Fraser of Dawson Creek, BC and Leigh Fraser (Dawn Eccleston) of Odell, NB; and his sister Genevieve of Nova Scotia. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
