He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cullins and Maxine Cullins (Moore); his wife Jacqueline; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Paisley and Blair Mean.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Procter, Raymond Cullins (Mary), Pauline York (Rob) and Karen Hovey (John); and his siblings, Judy Cullins (Bob), Rayma Paisley and Elizabeth Mean. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
