He was predeceased by: his parents, Richmond Leavitt and Bessie Leavitt (McVicar); and his siblings, Georgina Dewitt, Shirley Kent and Jon Leavitt.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Leavitt (Williams); and his sisters, Peggy McKay of Biddleford, Maine, Helena Kent (Doug) of Saint John, NB, Florena Stewart (Merle) of Little Ridge, NB and Bertha Bernier (Ivan) of Musquash. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
