He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Leavitt (Val) and Callie Little (George); his son Keenan Johnson; his stepmother Donna Cleghorn (Harry); his brothers, Jason (Collinda), Donald (Alicia) and Riley; his stepsister Kim Cooke (Wes); his nieces and nephews, Alex, Cortney, Teaghan, Becca, Cody, Americus, Cassie, Austin, Miranda, Nathan and Piper; and also, Geraldine Leavitt, Mark Cooke, Step, Michael, Patrick, Christopher, Tonisha, Grand, Dion, Aden, Grayson and Lincoln.
