He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie M. Purdy and Blanche M. Purdy (Adams) of Oak Haven, NB.; and his siblings, David, Steven and Joan.
He is survived by: his siblings, June Purdy, Brenda Berriault, Nancy Erskine (Bill), George Purdy, Valerie Fairweather (David), Joyce Purdy and Tammy Purdy (Ed); his brother-in-law Joe Berriault; and his nephews, Mackie and Danny.
