He was predeceased by: his parents, Lévi Babineau and Eva Babineau (Goguen); and his siblings, Rhéa, Léo (late Annette) and Normand.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Babineau (Saulnier); his children, Ti-Paul, Bernard (Angela) of Notre-Dame and Lynne Babineau (Daamon) of Notre-Dame; his grandchildren, Luc (Mélanie), Emily and Alex; his siblings, Geraldine (late Léandre Bourque) of Leominster, Francine Williams (Adelard) of Notre-Dame and Lévi (Corinne) of Moncton; and his sister-in-law Lilianne Babineau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In memory of Paul a donation can be made to the Notre-Dame du Sacré Coeur Church.
