She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Mercer; her parents, Herbert Humphrey and Amelia Humphrey (Coleman); her siblings, Laura Anderson, Coleman (Mona), Gertrude Bell (Heber), Frank (Cicelia), Alice Baxter (Milton), Arthur (Lila) and Albert (Adeline); and also Thomas Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Freeman of Dartmouth, NS and John Mercer of Crawford Lake, NB.; her grandchildren, James Mercer, Heather Freeman and Nicholas Freeman; her great grandchild Jonas Mercer; and her sister-in-law Muriel Dobson.
