He is survived by: his wife Patricia Byrne (Cogger); his children, Kevin Byrne (Trish), Mary Desjardins (Luc) and Teresa Byrne (Laurie Beaman); his siblings, Maurice Byrne (Carol) and Angela Monahan (Byrne); his grandchildren, Ella Byrne and Noah Desjardins; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn, Lou Monahan, Maurice John Byrne, Meagan Byrne, Monica Byrne, Lisa Thorne, Lauren Peters and Ellen Hughes.
