The memory of Geoff Read (Norton, New Brunswick), born in Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on October 21, 2024 at the age of 71, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Read and Gwen Read (McConnell); his birth mother Grace Davis; his brother Jeff Davis; and his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Juanita Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Read (Hanson); his siblings, Melville Davis (Jane) of Peterborough, ON, Randall Davis (Lisa) of Peterborough, ON and Norah Montgomery (Greg) of Peterborough, ON; his siblings-in-law, Donnie Hanson (Gale) of Sussex, NB, Todd Hanson of Belleisle Creek, Marilyn Brown (Wilson) and Judy Chiasson (Donnie) of Saint John, NB; and his caregivers, Karissa and Courtney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sherwood's Funeral Home (18 Scovil Rd, Norton, NB E5T1Z2).
