It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Louise Northrup (Norton, New Brunswick), born in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Louisa (Abbott) and Elliot Morrell; her husband Lawrence Northrup; her children, Arthur Northrup and Evelyn Northrup; her siblings, Helen Dicks and Ernest Morrell; her sister-in-law Flora Morrell; her son-in-law Russell Mott; her grandsons, Harvey and Nathan; her great grandchild Emma; and her close friend Lydia Webster.
She is survived by: her children, Sherin Boyd (George) of Saint John, Irene Mott of Belyeas Cove, NB and Clarence Northrup (Grace) of Sussex; and her grandchildren, David, Louise, Chris, Jody, Tammy, Pamela, Eileen, Noreen, Carla, Patricia, Emery, Stephen and Ashley. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private service and interment will be held.
