She was predeceased by: her parent Herman Dykeman; and her husband Jerome Gilmore. She is survived by: her parent Myrtle Dykeman (Gunter); her children, Greta (Layton Pick) of Hampton, NB and Glenn Gilmore (Margaret) of North Head; her grandchildren, Gillian Gilmore of Rothesay, NB, Gregory Gilmore (Kendra) of Sussex, NB and Hilary Pick of Ottawa, ON; her great grandchild Grace; her siblings-in-law, Alice Gilmore of Fredericton, NB and William Hobday of Edmonton, AB; and her siblings, Barbara Machum, Dorothy Melick, Gloria Hobday, Andrew Dykeman and Wallace Dykeman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Donations in Zella's memory could be made to The Woman's Missionary Society, The North Head Baptist Church or to the donor's choice.
