He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard McGuire and Anna McGuire (Dow); his son Manson McGuire; his grandchildren, Kristin Leonard and Paul Leonard; and his siblings, Bernadine McCullough, Patricia Lee, Roger and Velman McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley McGuire (Tatton); and his daughters, Selena Leonard (Kristen) of Woodward's Cove, Melanie McGuire of Woodstock, NB and Julie Ludwig (Ulrich) of Sussex, NB. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
