He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Small and Blanche Small (Tidd); and his siblings, Earl, Greg and Janice.
He is survived by: his wife Laura (Crowther); his children, April Daggett (Brock) and Michael; his grandchildren, Tyler (Meghan), Cassidy, Ryan and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Emmalyn and Quinn; his brother Stanley Small (Arlene); and his niece Sonya Morse.
