Douglas James McKinley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas James McKinley of Noonan, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 7, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon McKinley and Frances McKinley (Ellsworth). He is survived by: his wife Mary Gayle McKinley (Munn) of Noonan, NB; his children, Heather Darrah (Mel), Kathleen Wilbur (Greg), Darlene Lemmon, David McKinley (Kimberly), Clark McKinley (Michele) and Rebecca McDowell (Ryan); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Swanson (Peter), Matthew McCoy (Kate), Rachel Kaleva (Griffin), Ashley Hughes (Dylan), Alex Lemmon (Emma), Steven McDowell (MacKenzie), Andrew McDowell (Jazmin) and Sophia McDowell; and his siblings, Lloyd McKinley (Audrey) and Joanne Dilts. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, one cousin and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the York Funeral Home (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2).
