He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanie; his parents, Ivan McCoy and Jean McCoy (Kelly); and his siblings, Edward McCoy (Roberta), Royden McCoy, Clifton McCoy and Phyllis McCoy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Byron McCoy (Annette), Helen Ladds (Bert) and Thelma Rolfe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations in Clifford's memory may be made to the Maugerville Baptist Cemetery, the St Margarets Anglican Church (Forest Hill Road), the SPCA or CARMA.
