It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Doucet (Nigadoo, New Brunswick), born in Bathurst, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 29, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Couture; her son Robert; and her siblings, Aurèle, André, Wallace, Armand, Jeannita and Evangéline.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Hébert (Denis) of Nigadoo and Joanne Godin (Danny) of Petit-Rocher; her grandchildren, Vicky, Sophie, Joey, Émilie, Jessica and Katia; her great grandchildren, Naelle, Milie, Léonie and Florence; her siblings, Juliette Lavigne (David) of Beresford, Yvonne Chamberlain (late Gérald) of Ontario, Lorrine Doucet (late Normand) of Bathurst and Roméo Couture (Hilda) of Petit-Rocher; and also Many.
