He was predeceased by: his parents, Henri Doucet and Léa Doucet (Arsenault); his son Robert; and his siblings, Clément, Willie, Valmond, Rosa, Marie-Anne, Mathilda and Bertha.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Hébert (Denis) of Nigadoo and Joanne Godin (Danny) of Petit-Rocher; his grandchildren, Vicky, Sophie, Joey, Émilie, Jessica and Katia; his great grandchildren, Naelle, Milie, Léonie and Florence; his sister Clarisse Arseneau of Dieppe; and also Several.

Donations in memory of Alderic may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
