Bowser (Oulton); his wife Florence Paczkowski (Flo); his children, Andrew and Lori (Kevin); his siblings, Robert "Bob" (Elizabeth), Brian (Marcia) and Elaine Bowser; his siblings-in-law, Madeline Leger (David), Walter Paczkowski (Pam) and Harold Trenholm; and his stepbrother Gerald Swimm (Paulette). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
