He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Anne and John Patrick O'Toole; and his siblings, Gerald O'Toole and Gwen Hingley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Theresa O'Toole; his children, Gwen O'Toole, Greg O'Toole and John O'Toole (Diane); his grandchildren, Philip O'Toole (Caitlyn) and Megan O'Toole (Calvin); and his great grandchildren, Maks, Spencer O'Toole and Brantley Laird. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
